How can I order SwagWear?
First, you need to log in with your Xebia user account to be able to order swag. Then, just place your order like you would on a normal webshop. If your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

How will I receive my SwagWear?
To keep things efficient, we collect orders in batches before sending them to Olaf for production and processing. We do this every six weeks.

Wondering how much time you have left to place your order? Simply check the countdown timer on the homepage to see when the current ordering round closes.

Once your order has arrived at the office, you’ll receive an email notification. You can then pick up your goodies from the Office Team.

How much swag can I order?
Xebia will cover the cost of one item of your choice from the Swag Shop. If you spot more items you’d love to have, you can add them to your order and pay for the extras yourself.

How can I pay for the swag?
Choose your preferred payment method: iDEAL, Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
